My wife has filled DV and divorce case against me. Under dv act she is claiming right to residence and maintenance. My father has property under his name but she is asking for shelter in that house because last time we were lived there.Also I have recently purchased property in Mumbai.She is working woman in lic office earns around 70 thousand and I earn around 1 lakh fifty thousand and we have child of 4 year oldCan court grant right to residence in my father's property or mine?nHow I can stop her from getting right to residence in my home because there intentions are not good. She want to come and file false allegations on usAnd how much maintenance I am entitled to her and child? I am earning around 1.50 thousand and she is earning around 70 thousand.
