My wife has filed a complaint with false allegations against me and my 5 other family members and when she is not staying with me from 1 year. nI have tried my best to counsel and make my wife understand to resolve the conflict internally. However, she has been adamant to file false allegation police complaint on me and my family. Considering the part of family counselling we again met a marriage counsellor to resolve the issue. However, she is demanding a seperate home which I cannot provide considering my financial situation and my father just passed away last month and I am the sole bread earner of the family. I tried my best to console her to re-join our marriage to which she herself has stated in front of counsellor that she want's a divorce. Now the FIR has been filednnI don't have any property or govt employee friend and not financial strong to execute amount for surety for regular bail. What to do in this case? Any alternative please help. nAlso when to file quashing ?
