My wife has an affair with someone else and want a divorce from me

My wife want a divorce to marry her lover so regularly fight with me and ask for divorce and child custody she say that she don't want anything but a divorce can I register a complain against her and her lover for harrasment and what is the procedure for a divorce

You need to be sure if you need a divorce or not. Also, some proof needs to be submitted with the complaint to the concerned authority for strong case. Police complaint can be triggered from husband's side but it may be two sides swards. If your complaint cannot be proved, you may defend against allegations of defamation attempts afterwards. also be very strong and clear about the child's custody from the first day. Namaste, apki wife or aap aapsi sahmati se divorce lena chahte hain to mutually divorce petition file kar dakte hain . par agar apko divircr nhi chahiye to aap police complaint kar sakte hai apkiwife or uske boyfriend k khilaf.

You must give Divorce as early as possible Otherwise she will left your home and after that she will aply for maintenance. afterthat you will ask for divorce and at that time she will ask for money
