my wife given the petition on me in the police station what should ido

my wife is given the petition on ps so police person called me to ps, she will use abuse language with my mother my did not stay with me. my wife given the petition on me so what type of case it will be file. but now onwords i will stay with my mother along my wife what should i do now

hi if she had filed any case against you then you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and you could stay with mother in the meantime or with your wife also
