My wife filled 125 for Maintenance

We got married in Nov 22. My wife talks regularly to some other married person. I found some old pics of 2020 in her mail in which (uski mang me sindur bhara hua hai) with that other person. I forwarded the same to my mail.nShe want to Live with him only.nAfter that she is living at her parental home.nShe is threatening for filing 498A.nAfter that my wicked wife has filled 125 for in which she has written that my in laws assaulted me, beaten & demanded dowry also.nShe is well educated & working

Sorry to know about your ordeal. There have been numerous instances now where the laws made for the protection of women and misused mischievously. You have a very good case. You should immediately file a case to cancel your marriage and criminal case against her.
