My wife filed sexual harassment on me

I filed section 13 1 (ia) on my wife due to separation for more than one year. My wife respond to my notice that as I did sexual harassments with herMy advocate saying that we never participate sex till now. But reality in reality we had sex few times which she was argued frequently at the time of sex since she is not interested beginning of our marriage as she said force marriageNow how can I defend that I did not sex with her for her allegation

it is necessary to know why such allegations are being made during the subsistence of your marriage. I will have to read the contents of the notice as well as the reply which has been filed by her to give a definite opinion as to the remedy available to you in law.

You not need to defend yourself. In fact, you have to make a statement that her sexual senses are dysfunctional, that's why, she doesn't feel anything if anyone engages in either sex with her or fuck her and she has hidden about these condition from you, that it is why, you want to seek Divorce. Else you can claim, that, she is a lesbian, otherwise, why she remains disinterested in engaging in sex after Marriage? I am not a Sex Machine designed to fuck her continuously for long period of times even when she in not in her moods. I respect her willingness and consent and I have always asked for her consent for sex, considering I never ever wanted to do sex with a mere Body, I wanted to engage with her Soul too which she declined.
