My wife filed section 9 case on me, sent as lawyer notice

06-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed section 9 case on me, sent as lawyer notice . I have received in a post to attend on court. But there are no points mentioned. Can I go and ask directly to the court clerk anytime with the registered number to get complete document copy. Or do I need to apply any specific format only?

Well, you can seek a Certified Copy of the Sec 9 of Hindu Marriage Act Case filed against you from the Certified Copy Department of the Court in advance either on your own or by appointing a lawyer of your choice.

You have to apply for the certified copy of the petition filed by your wife under section 9 from the concerned court room where the matter is filed. You can apply at any date before the date on which you have to appear or else you can also apply on the date mentioned in the notice. You need to appear along with an advocate that you have to appoint for representing you on the first date in family court .

under which act of section 9 the notice has been sent to you. if you are noticed to be present before court be present before the court. Make an application to the certified copies department in court. specifying your case details and documents you want . submit the application. and get the certified documents copies from your register case.
