My wife filed sec498 case on me and my family

My wife filed sec9 and I filed sec 13 1 ia. No kids. After 2years of court hearings she filed sec 498a case on me and my family with all fake allegations. How to quash the case in high court? Do I required complaint copy and 41 a notice is must to quash the case? Please provide info.
Dear Sit,
You can file quashing petition before high court. it normally quash the names of family members except the husband. however on marits you have a good case since civil cases are pending as such she might have filed false case against you. thus there are chances of quashing your name is also possible
