My wife filed MC. I am govt. Employee

My wife intensionly filed MC.. After delivery, she hasbeen in mother's house. I sent amount to her account. But she sent it reverse and filed that I am not caring her and child.. She did not allow me in her house and threatened me to call police.. Their family wanted to be live with my salary.. She poured petrol on me also. She and her family attacked me.She did not like to live with me. She was manupulated by her parents.How do I solve this problem
hi first need to see the contents of the maintenance case filed by her in court and if she had wilfully left the house and misbehaving then you could file counter affidavit on your behalf and you could also file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty
