My wife filed 498a, section 3, 4 on me and my father

21-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
On the name of counselling, police started investigating me and he slowly gathered all information from me. He also made multiple calls to my father who is 74 years old and asked him to come to police station. Is the SI allowed to do so as per law?

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false alllegations and that the police has the power to inveatigate and they could summon your father to police station and whether 41a notice had been served on you and your father

you can file writ petition in the High court for not to calling police station unnecessarily without register any crime and without any basis police cannot call to police station. moreover for counselling both the parties husband and wife is enough
