Hello, You can appoint an advocate to assist you in this matter who can present your side of the story, and also, you can file an application in the court for visitation of the child, or you can file for child custody.

hello... if ur wife not allowing to see ur child den take an order from court. the decree is passed without being represented by a lawyer, or even in the absence of a spouse. As per the legal procedure, the petitioner's lawyer serves the legal notice(s) through the court to the opponent absentee party.

Good Afternoon, let the matter proceed she needs to file the required documents on evidence stage, and all those points can be raised at the time of argument, but yes the court can consider and pass decree, and you can go for child access application or child custody if she is not allowing you to meet the child .As it is a right of both parents one cannot curtail other rights to meet the child due to logger head Between the spouses you can move application for child access or child custody.
