My wife fights daily and always threatens for divorce

My name is shadab and i got married on 10th march 2022. My wife is a govt employee who works in a bank there in lucknow and i stay in delhi. At the time of delivery engagement they told us that marriage should take place asap before march so that she can apply for her posting this year only otherwise then you have to wait till next year .. we thought about it and got agree with them now its been almost 6 months of our marriage but she didn’t got posted in delhi and she is pregnant too. Whenever i ask her for posting she says it is in process if you cannot wait the give me divorce but i dont want to give her divorce.... she always block my number and abuse m... her parents always listen to her and support her when they also know that she is wrong here ...we fight almost everyday about this matter but she always threatens to divorce. What should i do pls help out

Dear Shadab, since your wife is unwilling to transfer her posting you can file for restitution of conjugal rights. this is a type of case filed in court in which the court orders that the wife stay with her husband in his matrimonial home. should you have any questions feel free to contact me

You need to wait until deliver n try to handle the situation politely ! During pregnancy the moods of girl generally swings. Therefore u need to understand her situation too. Better be quite n handle everything with care n politeness !

You should immediately take a detailed consultancy from a lawyer and chalk out a strategy. Further you can file an intallah peshbandi application through your lawyer as a precautionary measure. Better particulars are needed
