my wife false 498a case againest me and my family but totally false

sir usne degree fake li thi jo maine dekh li or bhi certificate fake bnba rkhe the unko valid krne ke liye 30 lakh maang rhi thi jo mna kr diye firr apne mayke chli gyi bha se usne 8 months ke baad 498a ka false case kr diya merko btaye kya kru me
Ap tension mat lo kyoki 498a ko prove karna ashaan kaam nahi hai , jab court m gawahi hogi to sachhai samne aa jayegi . Agar apko police station se call nahi aya hai abhi tak to anticipatory bail le lo phir apko police kuch nahi kar payegi ,agar shadi ke 7 saal baad FIR hua hai to case ap aise hi jeet jaoge

Dekhiye aapne case ko achese describe nahi kiya hai.. etne se facts mein ek acha legal suggestion de pana thoda mushkil hai... But agar apke against mein 498A ka case lag gya hai to apko wife k dwara diye jaane wale evidences ko evidently rebut karna hoga.. aisa karne se aap cruelty k offence se bach sakte hai.. Aur agar wo apke khilaf koi aapati janak chize bolti hai, ya failati hai ya chapwati hai jisse apki mental condition ko effect hota hai to aap parallely apne wife k upar defamation ka case bhi kar sakte hai..
