My wife Does not willing to go for a family life.

My wife confirm that she can't go through a family life. she doesn't like family commitments. always speaking lies to husband. She wants to chat and communicate with strangers and husband can't ask about that. Also, she is a nursing professional, once have pregnancy contraceptive tablet without husband consent and she was done clinical abortion by misrepresent facts give to husband that she unintentionally used that tablet. the facts are maybe because of the tablet the child may not be normal by health or mental. so she doesn't want to take the risk. So, can I file diverse petition against her? Is this reason enough for Diverse from Her? What are the demand and negotiations that should do with her?

you can file divorce petition against your wife and the causes stated in your are itself sufficient to form grounds for divorce. Anyhow, at the instance, if you are filing divorce petition, your wife may turn up with baseless allegations against you to generate basis for her claim for recovery and all
