My wife did abortion of 3+ month unborn baby and also put false case.

My wife did abortion of 3+ month baby without my consent and without informing me. And also put false case on me under 498a and section 156(a) crpc. And judge ordered “ to investigate the matter under 156(3) if cognizable offences are made out”

yes you have to support the investigation and if u have proof that she had done this abortion without your consent you can go for quashment of FIR vis a vis you can show to the investigating officer And if you think police is not supporting you ; you may file quashment of the same with the proofs against your wife. for more discussion you may contact
