My Wife cheated me, having an affair with her uncle b4/after marriage

My wife was talking obsessed with her Maternal uncle and her uncle was sending her uncensored images and snap to her. I found all those thing in her fone at our honeymoon. I left out for official assignment, 1 month before flying asked her to come with me but she denied by saying that she will come later. Now she at my home, My brother is owner of that home. She is saying to everyone that this is my house and putting allegations on my brother and bhabhi.. I have her uncensored image send to her by her uncle and her all fone recording by which thing are clearly indicates that she had cheated us. I want to get divorce from her but now she is saying we (her parents) had spend lots of money in marriage while we asked for very simple marriage.. my life become hell..I can't give any alimony to her as she cheated us. Now she also start working. All her relative putting pressure on me/us and playing blame/game and pulling innocent people in this matter.. please guide me with consequences
