My wife has blocked my daughter n not letting me to speak.what sud i do?

hi sir, if your wife is not allowing you to speak your daughter then you will have to send a legal notice and if in case after sending notice as well if the same is repeating means you will have to file a case, for sending legal notice and filing a case, kindly contact me. thanks

you can apply for child custody before the court and once the court orders for custody your wife has to bring your daughter to court she won't be left with any other options she has to obey the court order
