My wife behaviour is ab normal sincere first day of wedding, she is very cruel and irresponsible and threat to kill me many times I have audio and video records also nShe is also very cruel towards my 4 year old daughter she beat her many times and not let her to come her to me and my family, I have all audio and video records.Last night she left my daughter and left the house and after 2 days she came to nearby police station and file false complain that I didnt allow her to take daughter, she came with police and take my daughter away with her, I am worry about my daughter.I have video proof that she left her without any pressurenCan I get custudy for 4 year old daughter on basis of her cruel behaviour

hello client as you are saying tht you want your daughter custudy of 4 years daughter it is possible yo get the custody of your daughter tht ia not an issue but in tht case we need to show evidence to court if you can i can surely help you

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce on the basis of cruelty. To take the custody of your child you need to have strong evidence against her that leaving your child in her custody will not be good for the future of the child. Generally till the age of 5 years court prefers the custody to b with mother ..but the exceptions are always there ..u can file the case for the custody of your child under guardian & ward act …n let court decide the facts of your case ..b in touch

you have to proof cruel behaviour of your wife and you have to show that you are capable to take care and you should have your mother along with you and you have to be financially sound to take care of your child.
