my wife beats me, threatens me, blackmail me everyday.

police didnt took my FIR. i went to a lawer, he is saying let your wife file case first. here she is shouting without any reason to show my neighbours. she knows that all the law are in female side and she is taking that opportunity. i dont know what to do. i have been married since 4 months only. in this 4 months there was not a single day that i have not been tortured, her family members threats me, what should i do

dear client as per your query since you are facing mental torture and also getting threats from your in laws you can lodge GD against them so that you can have proof of it as you are facing these problems..
