I want to see my daughter every week I need permission from court

Well, you can get the Child Custody, provided that, you are financially stable and mentally stable to take care of your child and his or her needs. Moreover, you need to have a good character which is most important to seek child custody, otherwise, Court doesn't grant Child Custody to a Pervert
