My wife always takes my daughter and goes to stay with her mother.

I want my daughter and my wife to return home, what should I do for that? And if my wife does not want to come back, what kind of legal notice should I send?

We can talk with your wife and mediate in order to understand and resolve the dispute. However if she is not willing to return a notice for Restitution of Conjugal Rights can be served. we will need to know more details for best resolution of the issue.

Well, you can send a Legal Notice to your Wife to maintain her duties as of a legally and morally wedded wife. You can request her to restore conjugal relations with you and to bring back the child, as you try your best to put to rest all her grievances.
