My Spouse is staying at her parents house since last 1 month. They are demanding the car back they have gifted on girls name at the time of marriage 2 years ago. How do we return the car legally and keep the car delivery proof so that there is no dispute later

You can return the car and delivery report with photographs n km reading must be mentioned ..ask them to get car inspected before u handover …this is why dowry is prohibited..when people take such type of car then these problems occur …
