My Spouce has BPD and caught red handed Cheating on me.

We are Hindu.I was in long distance relationship with one girl from 4 years. We were talking on phone and once in month,sometimes once in 2 months were meeting for 2-3 hours. Latter we talked in home and one year before we got married. Everything is perfect and I paid 3 Lacs MBA fees as she wanted to study after marriage. After marriage she was staying in College Hostel and I was in my office Room. March-2020 lockdown happened and we got to spend time together. That time I caught her, she is having serious affair with one Boy and admitted Adultery with him.She has more affairs like this and when I checked her phone I got to know all this.I decided to Divorce her and sent her to her parents home.After 1 month her parents saying she has some mental problem,she is diagnosed with BPD (Borderline personality Disorder) .I talked with psychiatrist and confirmed it. Now I want Divorce and 3 Lacs back+penalty for cheating as my wife+in Laws cheated us. Please Advice how to proceed.
you can file a private complaint under section 200 of criminal procedure code for offence under section 420 of IPC and make your wife along with in laws as an accused in the same. you have some more options...
