My sister's marriage broke, and we filed a case in district court 149A. She is staying with us, we are planning to put a case for maintenance, alimony, and divorce. We would like to understand what the court fee will be and how much the lawyer fee will be. What is the best way to get a divorce faster as it's already 1 year she is staying with us?

hi yes you could file for maintenance and harassement cases and also for divorce cases but the time taken would be minimum 1.5 to 2 years and the fast way to get is to apply for mutual divorce and the cost would depend on the number of cases you file
