Ask your sister to lodge a complaint in women's cell against her in-laws if they are maltreating her or harassing her. if still they don't stop ill treating then she can lodge a domestic violence case against her in-laws and husband. For getting a divorce there must be some good ground, ill-treatment by in-laws and husband is among one of them. But first try to understand what is the root cause of ill treatment how she is being ill-treated. Is it for dowry?

Dear client,
You can't get it soon, anyways file different complaint/cases like maintenance, domestic violence, criminal complaint in concern police station, and then go for divorce.

If there is some specific reason you can go for divorce but it will take time. Better to file some cases/complaint, get him under pressure and then file mutual consent divorce.

For further clarifications you can call me.

In case you want process to be fast, Divorce by mutual consent is best option provided husband & wife consent for the same. Settlement (financial & otherwise ) may be agreed upon. The process takes 6 months. IF mutual consent is not possible then, divorce may still be filed, along with other cases, however that will involve more time.
In the event you have more questions, you may call/contact me with specific details.
