My sister in problem she in trouble in his boyfriend harassment blackmail and tocher pls tell me solution how to stop that guy how to take action

File a complaint in the Police station prefer women centric police stations. If she is scared to visit the Police Station then approach women centric NGO or State women commission or National women commission or a lawyer etc. they will come along with you. All the best
