My sister just got married after being into relationship for 5 years. And the husband just after marriage denies love and forcing her for annulment. Also, we spent lakhs of rupees in marriage which were transferred to the husband's account not in the form of dowry but for the marriage expenses. There is no intimacy between the couple and continuous enforcement for annulment. What to do?

take her back to your home, file a maintenance suit against her husband. after filling, he will receive a summon from court, the case will continue, subsequently there will be a divorce case, which can only be filed after 1year, and till then the maintenance case will go through.

Kindly file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights which means that the girl wants to continue their marital relationship... Moreover ask your sister not to provide any consent to her husband for annulment of marriage... if the husband files a suit for annulment then ask your sister to contest the matter with the help of an advocate immediately.
