My Sister in law has caught her husband red handed of an affair

My sister in law (SIL) came to know yesterday that her husband is having an affair. The other lady comes at home when my SIL is out for work. In her absence my SIL's husband and lady have sexual intercourse. When my SIL got a doubt on her husband, she placed camera in her home and now she has all the recording and videos captured. She has a 20 year old son. The other lady is also married. What should be the next step for my SIL because as per new law, adultry is no more a crime. Please help as she is in distress.
