divorce is not a child's game, if you have received a notice then it is equally important to give a appropriate reply to that notice through your lawyer and you can file a case of domestic violence in the place where you are residing, your husband cannot end the marriage as per his wish, he has to file a divorce petition in court after which a notice will be sent to me, and you can appear in court and file your objections, the court will try to compromise, if not it will go as per law and both have to lead evidence, arguments will be heard then the issue of divorce will be decided by court. so take the notice to advocate, ask him to give reply notice and take legal steps to safeguard your interest.
