My Parents Never Trust Me,They trust my husband more than me.

I am doing my graduation now.So I am dependent upon my parent's.My husband is living with me in my parent's houseAnd my husband is metric failed so he sits in a shop owned by my parent's but not always,We fight regularly,he yells at meand also he tries to blackmail me emotionally ,Now I am pregnant,so my financial need is increasing.But my parent's think he is innocent and mistake is mine,they don't trust me,I want know what can I do in such situation ?

You can approach the court and can file a petition under 125 CrPC for your maintenance against your husband. Once you file petition for your maintenance the court will order your husband to pay you monthly maintenance for you. For further legal advice contact our team.
