My mother's wants divorce from my father as he blamed her for being with someone else without knowing her story also he is not giving her alimony and taking responsibility for his 4 kids being govt employee he don't let us know his real salary . So how to know his real salary and how much share from his salary will be given to his 4 kinds also his wife. Please kindly reply on this matter as this is urgent

Dear Queriest you have to ask for a salary slip from his office if he is not cooperating with you then you can try to obtain the same through the order of the court. for more information about the same kindly call me

You have to file a case of divorce in the family court. Don't worry about real salary, since he has to submit complete statement of his bank account which will include his salary and also he has to submit his statement of assets and liabilities. based on those documents, maintenance would be provided to your mother and the four kids. kindly contact to go ahead in this matter if you desire so.

Well, if your Father is in a Government Job, then you can get his details by filing an RTI Application. Since details of the Salary of Government Employees remain in Public Domain usually, I don't think so, you have to face any problems in getting the appropriate response by filing a RTI.
