hello, alocious here, from your query raised I can very well understand your grievance. yes your mother can file a complaint for domestic violence in the local police station and also give a private complaint to the magistrate court, whether your mother has rights over the property depends on the nature of the property, you can contact me to elaborate on this, thank you

Ofcourse, your mother could file a domestic violation complaint with the MAGISTRATE, in whose jurisdiction they lived together. Also bring this fact of his arrangements to the second marriage, to the court's knowledge.

if your father is preparing for remarriage then we suggest your mother to file here Institution of conjugal rights petition in the family court so der may be a possibility for settlement between your father and mother in regarding the permanent early morning or in separation of the properties or curfeture maintenance if your father is not providing anything your mother has also here right to file a maintenance case against your father the goat will consider all the real facts and it may also order if it is true and it possible the court will also give orders to live along with your mother and provide maintenance on such situation it became a hurdle for your father to Maria second wife
