My marriage is valid or not and can I take any legal action

Dear Sir, I got married on 15th March 2021. It was my wife's second marriage but my first. After a few days of marriage, she started staying at her maternal home. She works and has her office near her maternal home. For the last 7-8 months, she is at her maternal home and does not want to come to her in-laws' house.Meanwhile, I have come to know that she has entered into a divorce agreement with the former husband but did not get him registered with the court. Even my marriage has not been registered. Now I want advice whether my marriage is valid or not and can I take any legal action against my wife. Please kindly tell me the solution.Thank you.

Yes you can take the legal action against your wife, if your wife is not divorcee yet and still she is someone's wife...your marriage is void...sec 494 and 495 applies in this case..do contact for further discussion...

dear this marriage is not leagal but you can take leagal action against your wife n in lawas n all persons who realated this matter ,i advice you That plz appoint a advocate n than process okk first
