My lawyer said I won't work for you

My wife filed sec9 and I filed divorce case 3 years ago current status is cross examination going on. Recently my lawyer said I won't work for you. Now we want clearance from him and documents but he is not giving the papers due to we went to another lawyer to get order copy from high court for stay on sec498 case filed on my wife. How to get clearance, if I go with another lawyer will get the noc clearance from my ex lawyer, explain the process.

ok I understood your questions so you shuld take a No C from your previous lawyer if he is not ready to lead a case you should take NOC from him and take a good lawyer to leading a case and handaled three casess in good terms and conditions.

first you should write a letter to your present lawyer telling him that you have closed your association with him and to return the file and to give NOC to you, address note to send it by registered post. on the date of next hearing to tell the court that you have done so and present the postal reset with a memo and give it to judge.
