My lawyer is not working for me

My wife filed sec9 I filed sec 13 1ia. after 4 years current status (sec13 1ia) is Petitioner not ready. For cross of R.W.1 as a last chance. Call on 19-03-2026. current status (sec9) is Costs not paid. Hence, Respondent evidence is closed. For arguments, Call on 19-03-2026. RES/DEF EVIDENCE. Now my not ready to continue. How to proceed next steps.

You have to immediately get advancement of your case & file for recall and re-oper of the case and pay cost and ask for cross of petitioner all by changing the lawyer. 19th March is over for today so you should de all these before next date.

Dear Sir, Get club both the cases. Case Consolidation: If these two cases are running in different courts or are not being heard together, your counsel might suggest a memo or application to ensure they are heard concurrently to avoid conflicting judgments.

You will have to seek a no objection vakalathnamma from your advocate. That will enable you and give you the license to approach any advocate of your choice and seek to proceed with them. But getting the NOC is imperative to proceeding further.
