my husnand applied for devorce and i dont need it

we couldnt give dowry to my husband from last two years. So with that intention he has applied for devorce by spoiling my character. And he has tapped my phone. But there is nothing illegal i have done there. What should i do. I am a hindu.

Don't worry about that and not give any divorce, recent supreme Court judgment is applicable to you, consult and file defence and to contest the matter. Consult and also file a conjugal right suit , consult and file immediately.

You can file a case for dowry harassment and you can also contest the case in the family court. You can also approach the court for protection Order and residence order.

The existing laws in India are all in favour of married women. You can make use of the same and resist against the Petition filed by your husband seeking divorce. It is very difficult for him to prove offence of adultery and to get divorce. Be calm and cool.

Dear Madam,
If your husband filed for divorce on the ground that not given dowry by you or your parents, you can contest the case before the court by filing counter , and also you can file a case for dowry harrasement against your husband.
