My husband wants to give divorce to me and we have 7 months old baby boy nInlaws and husband all of them mentally harrased me during pregnancy and after delivery they harrased my child and menFather inlaw hitted me n child with heavy tepoy they also closed me along with my child in bedroom at 11 pm on 21st march, 2023 My son is having birth defect umbilical hernia of 9mm and after many denial to father inlaw he used to press my sons belly button until n unless my son would cry he wont leave

With reference to your query, you can approach the police authorities and file complaint under section 498A for harassment from your in laws. secondly you can also file domestic violence complaint against your husband and your in laws and seek protection from them also you can seek maintenance from your husband. if you are husband files divorce petition you need to appoint an advocate and reply the same. You can also seek maintenance in that divorce petition. Regards
