My husband wants divorce but I want to live with him.we have a son.

Hi ma'am My husband wants divorce...but I don't want to give..l would like to live with him..we have a 13 years old child...the reason my husband gives for divorce is I often fight with him..nagging..and spent his money lavishly...all the above are not completely true ma'am...ma'am please advise me.we both are Hindus.

you can live with him you can file restitution of conjugal right case before he files anything, moreover you can deal it calmly and before he files divorce case, your contentions will be proved that its not an after thought on your part and also file maintenance case and block him for years
