My husband want divorce but I don't. e is involved with someone so he is not ready to live and filed 13B. He can get divorce without my marriage? nHe mentioned in court that he want divorce bec we are not living together from 5 year without any reason. But my dowry case is in court and he is NWB but not appearing in court. I am ready to live if there is no torture but he is in affair so he want divorce. he filed sec 9 and withdraw it in 2021 by saying I was not appearing but i attended all.

As you have mentioned in your problem that your husband had filed a case under Section 9 and after taking it back, you have also filed Section 13 Hindu marriage act for mutual consent divorce and you have also filed a dowry harassment complaint against your husband in the year 2018. Have filed a case in which their NBW is going on And you want to live with your husband and you want that through the court itself you should go with your husband on some condition so that if your husband misbehaves with you in the future, then that should be in the notice of the court.

In such cases,especially when you want to live with with him and you don't want to end up mutually and moreover you've complied with all the procedure and norms of the court as you claim...The ball definitely lands in ur court as via mediation process he shall be ordained and instructed not to commit any torture or atrocities upon you
