My husband took personal loans on my name

My husband has betting habit since 12 years but my in laws hidden this news and made our marriage. Now my husband for his betting purpose he lied to me and took 10 laks personal loan on my name and now I lodge a complaint on him. He attempted suicide and his parents saved him but he is failing to come to police station to have a word regarding my case with police he is not coming from his native place to Hyd even after police calling and asked him to come to station, now I am worried.

I suggest you to send him a legal notice and also send legal notice to his family members so he will come and settle the issue ..if not so we file a case against him in the court and we inform in court that he and his family members didn't turn up to police station and we file th case and asked him and his family members to take into custody approach to an any advoccate he will help u
