I have a 9 month old baby, my husband smokes weed everyday and it's very disturbing. I have a 9 mo baby answer I take care of her alone all the time. He is always under the influence and very rude and irresponsible. We don't have any physical relations left coz of this habit. He's very disrespectful and rude

A child is responsibility of both husband and wife . There should be mutual respect. Husband cannot evade his duties towards wife and child. It has consequences. Husband should be made aware of the same. To help you taking appropriate course of action some more details are required.

Well, if you have become fed up of your Husband's irresponsible attitude towards you and your child along with his smoking habit of Weed, then you can either seek Divorce from him or Judicial Separation.
