My husband sent me divorce notice, it is one and half years to our marriage, he is keep on harassing for my salary and bet me and thrown out , i have complained in women's police station but he keeps on escaping by asking dates. Can I file fir now under dvc and 498a? Or should I attend court first then file a case? My in laws encouraging him to file divorce. If they don't get money then the marriage should end

hi you should file 498A case and domestic violence csse before your husband files for divorce because it wont add that much credible value in court and you could also for maintenance case in future in concerned court
