Hi
File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage act (if you are a hindu) and also claim maintenance from your husband as your husband is earning 70k per month.
Also your husband cannot claim any maintenance from you.
You can also file a Domestic violence case against your in laws, if they are not providing contact details of your husband.

Madam,

It is difficult to advise you without seeing the contents of the notice. However, in the meanwhile, send a reply notice to your husband through an advocate and also file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court where you are presently residing since you do not want divorce from your husband and want to live with him. Thereafter, so many things will happen and it is premature now to comment. Consult a local family lawyer and discuss with him/her.

There are certain information required before coming to conclusion. Whats your religion and caste ( of both). When you got married? Since how long your staying separately? Now, take immediate action to approach a lawyer who can deal family matters. You can give reply notice through advocate . Try to solve the issue with your family members. Court procedure is lengthy and expensive.
