My husband (Petitioner not coming to rt for divorce cross examination.

28-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband filed a divorce petition u/s 13 B, Hindu Marriage Act , I submitted w/s fending my position and requesting that the divorce be granted along with some alimony. He submitted an evidence affidavit but has not attended court for his cross-examination for over 1.5 years. My lawyer is suggesting that the case might be dismissed. However, I also want the divorce because he is not interested in staying with me, and I do not want to remain in a relationship unwillingly. Next step?
