You can file for divorce in the Family Court on grounds available under your personal law. If there is cruelty or violence, seek maintenance, child custody and protection orders if needed. Consult a family lawyer.

Without details of marriage life, date of marriage, reason it's not possible to give advice... however you can file petition petition on ground cruelty, desertion, adultery and others, better way before divorce petition you may file maintenance case, demostic violence case against him...
