My husband is provoking me to file divorce

There is no consensus between me and my husband over several issues due to involvement of his expense over his brother for 12 years who does not do anything! My husband would have helped him immensely for 12 years when I kept insisting that he should focus our lives , but I could not stop him! I have gone immense metal and emotionally challenges over the period of the time! I have decided leave separately my next 10 years but he is constantly provoking me to file divorce, its huge torture!

You can live separately from him without obtaining a divorce but that should not give him a ground to get a easy divorce from you by a Court. So, you file for judicial separation & claim your maintenance -expenses from him.
