My husband is not attending court and not paying maintenance amount

02-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, nnThis is Lakshmi. I got married on 2-Dec-2010. We blessed with one baby girl. Due to some matrimonial issues, we are living separately. I filed a MC case against my husband at Amalapuram magistrate court. The court ordered to pay Rs. 5000 to me and 2500 for my daughter. My husband filed divorce case and he own it. He is not attending the court and he is not paying maintenance amount to me and our child as well. So, the magistrate court issued NBW against him one year ago. But no action taken on him. How to make him attend the court and pay the amount? Can I get warrant letter from the court so that I will give the letter to police station. Please advise. Thank you.

you can get the NBW executed against your husband and get the amount paid. so ask your Advocate at Amalapuram to get the warrant executed through proper chanel and get the process done. you did not even specify what he was doing. did even prefer appeal against the divorce Decree?
