My husband is giving me devorce without any strong, he had harres me

Last 8 months i am staying in pune with my parents, my husband is from kerala, now he is in dubai for work, last sep my hus had beaten me i had that phito also always they harras me for gold which my parrents have given to me, before comming to pune in dec they had taken all my gold, and after 8 month without any strong reason my hus is giving me devorce yesterday my husband call from dubai, he talk to my father and said i cant continue with your daughter i will send you a divorce notice i am not understanding wt to do please help

in this case if you don't want divorce then you can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights
you can claim that your husband should take you back further you can make application for return of streedhan so that your gold will not be misappropriated
