My husband is cheating on Me but planning to fly abroad with his gf

I have been seperated from my husband from Apr 2020 and he came back to us on Dec 2021 and he used to visit us once in a while. He said he wants to settle down in his new job in Bangalore in June 2021 and then he will take me and kid but later he said he is planning to go abroad. Once he settled in abroad after 2 or 3yrs he will take us. But I came to know that he has affair with a lady and planning for 2nd marriage without divorcing me. He is not ready either to divorce or not ready to continue life with us. If he moves abroad without divorcing me? Is it possible to track him and get settlement or divorce from him when he is in abroad?? Please guide me

Tracking your husband after he leaves the country is difficult and time consuming. You need evidence with regard to adultery by your husband. Now that your husband is in India you can initiate appropriate action against him for deserting you and your child.
