My husband is always put a lot of doubts with out any cheating.

He is very nice person but at me he very much angry and I didn't know other person in my life but he is assumed that I was cheated on him just because of I am going to college. Regularly he was showing me hell I don't know how to solve it.i can't say to parents because of their health issues please give me a suggestion

I would suggest you to solve this all by yourself or by involving persons respected by your husband or approaching a marriage counsellor or your religious counsellor etc... If you approach a lawyer at this stage then things might get escalated. Approaching a lawyer will draw a negative opinion in his mind.. Try to solve through the problem through the counsellors or friends or family.
